经过 2 年的要求，ICAP 终于应小股东的请求，提出把基金投资外国股市。我绝对相信 陈鼎武的能力。
相信这消息一出，ICAP 的股价应该不会在低于 NAV 交易了。
想上车的，要快了。。。。

u agree to change the invesment policy but hte management say remain the original policy is more viable, how u see this issue?
i believed the reason why the management say so is because the current fund size is not big enuf to invest oversea.
i think MY market still have certain limitation. I still prefer to allocate some fund for oversea.
