(122) QL Reply to Shareholder

看了那篇华文报道，我写了信去问管理层，因为我不是很相信鱼浆价格会大幅滑落。得到的回复如下：

我的问题：
Dear Freddie,I am a public investor of QL.
I come accrossed an article about QL's surimi price on chinese paper recently. The article said that QL's surimi products' price from Oct-08 onwards, especially for foriegn market to Japan, Korea, Singapore and etc has drop as much as 43%. Appreciate if you can clarify on this matter. Thank you.

Dear Cxxx,
Sorry for the delay in replying, I aws away on leave. The Chinese translation was badly done. Surimi prices follow crude oil prices pattern and after 6 mths is now back to normal. It doesn't really affect our margin as we reduces prices of fish bought from fishermen whn surimi prices dropped. Please see attched report by OSK.
